The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.
A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.
Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected theft and assault near the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
